Discipleship Explored

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

John 13:34-35

Being discipled is one of the responsibilities of your House Group and one of the reasons that House Groups are an essential part of our church life. However, during their first few months it is imperative that new Christians are taught what it is to be a disciple and encouraged on their first tentative steps along the path of faith. This is where Discipleship Explored comes in.

Discipleship Explored gives you the time and space to think about what it really means to live the Christian life through an eight-week programme that explores the apostle Paul’s letter to the Philippians and its call to live wholeheartedly for Christ. It is intended both for those beginning Christian life and those who would like a “refresher.”

The Discipleship Explored group is run twice a year, if you would like to know when the next one is scheduled take a look at our calendar or contact the Minister.
